Things were not going well with that realtor, so I had asked around for some suggestions and Steve was recommended from a good family friend. The minute that we started our first phone conversation, I knew he was going to find me my place! He was constantly sending me places that checked off all my boxes. I knew that if I didn’t get a chance to look at Zillow during a busy week, I wouldn’t have missed out on my dream home, because he was always on top of things. I looked at so many different places for the next year with Steve. We put in multiple offers and he was always great with checking in and communicating with me, so I was never in the dark or waiting around. I never once had to follow up with him, because he had already called or texted me first! It was hard to not feel defeated with this market as a buyer, but he was so optimistic throughout the whole process and was such a pleasure to work with.
